Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial performance for CPP business.
- Develop and implement robust budgeting and forecasting processes for CPP revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within CPP business, providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances.
- Collaborate with business heads and managers to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial support.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or financial planning & analysis within the banking or financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of banking products (Unsecured), services, and business channels.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear and actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
