Job Summary
The Coordinator SH Nganjuk will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) program within the Nganjuk facility, ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international standards. This role focuses on promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive SHE management systems and procedures for the Nganjuk facility.
- Conduct regular SHE inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide SHE training to employees at all levels, including new hire orientation and specialized training programs.
- Monitor and analyze SHE performance data, preparing regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indonesian SHE laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate SHE considerations into daily operations.
- Advise management on SHE best practices and opportunities for improvement.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders on SHE matters.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated SHE role, preferably within the food manufacturing or agricultural industry.
- Certified K3 Umum (General OSH Expert) by the Ministry of Manpower of Indonesia is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian SHE regulations (e.g., UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2003, Peraturan Pemerintah No. 50 Tahun 2012).
- Proven experience in conducting SHE audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to be based in Nganjuk, East Java.
