As the inaugural Center Manager at Seven Retail Education's pioneering English Course Center, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various key areas to ensure the success and growth of the center. Your responsibilities encompass:
Sales
Lead and guide student advisors overseeing sales and after-sales functions to optimize the sales process, actively monitor the sales team's performance, and achieve predetermined sales targets.
Finance and Accounting
Ensure the efficient and transparent execution of accounting responsibilities. With the guidance from Business Unit Head, develop an annual budget, allocate expenses in alignment with approved directives, and maintain fiscal prudence.
Logistics
Guarantee prompt and efficient logistics support across all departments, streamlining operations and enhancing overall organizational efficiency.
Technology and Systems
Verify that the IT and computer equipment meet prescribed standards. Accurately register all pertinent information in the system, ensuring data integrity and system effectiveness.
Marketing
