Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Brevet A & B certification (Brevet C or equivalent is a plus). Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in taxation, including managerial or supervisory roles. Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations , accounting principles, and financial reporting standards. Proven experience in tax compliance and tax audit handling.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities with the capacity to manage and develop a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting or tax software. Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
