Deskripsi pekerjaan
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance Controlling & Reporting Team as a Senior Associate . In this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial reporting, controlling, and analysis activities while collaborating with local stakeholders as well as Regional and Global Finance teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong accounting and reporting background who are looking to broaden their exposure within a dynamic and international professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities Support the preparation and delivery of periodic financial and management reports. Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights to support business decision-making. Assist in financial controlling and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Partner with stakeholders across different functions to gather, validate, and interpret financial information.
Coordinate with Regional and Global Finance teams on reporting requirements and deliverables. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and reporting efficiency enhancements. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Controlling, or Financial Analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify key business insights. Experience in preparing financial reports, management reports, and analysis for senior stakeholders. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels and functions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
