Program Apprenticeship ini mendukung administrasi dan kegiatan proyek High Impact Team di Eastspring Investments. Posisi di Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan, ditujukan bagi fresh graduate atau mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan berlangsung selama 6 bulan, dengan pola kerja WFO 3 hari dan WFH 2 hari per minggu.
Tugas utama
- Mendukung administrasi tugas High Impact Team, termasuk iCAP dan 16 K project
- Mengolah data sederhana untuk mendukung berbagai tugas
- Membantu menyiapkan template dan menyusun deck presentasi
- Menindaklanjuti proyek dengan departemen lain
Kualifikasi utama
- Fresh graduate atau mahasiswa tingkat akhir dari jurusan apa pun; Math lebih disukai
- Bersedia menjalani magang selama 6 bulan
- Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel
- Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang baik
- Akrab dengan data atau pekerjaan data analyst; pengalaman proyek menjadi nilai tambah

Responsibilities
- Support administration for several task in High Impact Team (including iCAP & 16 K project)
- Simple data processing to support some tasks related to data
- Supporting in deck presentation template & compiling deck
- Supporting in project management FU to others department
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or Final year from any major (preferably Math or related majors)
- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
- Committed to do 6 months internship
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
- Good problem solved and analytical thinking
- Familiar to worked with data or data analyst
- Experience in working on projects experiences is advantage
