Deskripsi pekerjaan
- Conduct reviews and approve the reconciliation of account balances in the financial statements and supporting documents/data, approve the analysis of the Company’s and Subsidiaries’ stand-alone reports as well as their consolidated reports.
- Provide guidance in the process of collecting and analyzing financial data, actuarial reports, asset valuation reports, share valuation, and financial statements before they are published.
- Examine and approve the projections of financial statements and the data required for share valuation (goodwill impairment test) and the results of the financial statement analysis (including financial ratios).
- Evaluate and provide direction related to the audit process by examining audit reports and audit findings to be coordinated with Management and the Holding on follow-up actions for major findings.
- Evaluate and provide guidance related to the calculation of gas fees, gas sales reporting and regulatory accounts, the results of discussions with Dirjen MIGAS or related governance.
- Provide review and approval for taxes that need to be paid to ensure they are calculated accurately and correctly in accordance with existing regulations, including; approval for coordination with appointed tax consultants regarding company transactions with tax implications, and tax payment documents and taxes that must be paid.
- Recommend systems and procedures, implement policies, and socialize accounting, and tax policies.
